Check-In:
Please check-in 15 minutes prior to appointment, At this time
you should present your gift card. Then sit back in our relaxing
room with a cup of tea. This will allow you the time to fill
out any necessary paperwork before your services begin. We
regret that we cannot be responsible for personal articles.
Please leave all valuables at home.

Age
Requirements:
We love children, but the Spa is not the safest place for them.
Under no circumstances are children permitted in the Spa. We
would like the Spa to be a s relaxing as possible for everyone.
Please turn off any cell phones or pagers. |

We provide lockers, robes, and slippers. |
Suggestions
Prior to Spa Services:
We strongly suggest you drink plenty of water before and after
your Spa visit. If you have any medical conditions, please advise
your therapist. If you are pregnant, you should refrain from
any heat treatments. |
Cancellation
Policy: Please don't be a no show.
Because our Spa and Salon services are reserved for you , we
ask that you notify us six hours in advance of any cancellations.
We will be more than happy to reschedule any appointments as
long as we are given ample time to do so. To avoid charges in
full for services you reserved, you must contact us 6 hours
prior to your appointment. Spa packages require 24 hour notice.

Payment:
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and personal
checks. There will be a $25.00 service charge for any returned
check. |
Appointments:
We recommend scheduling any Spa package three weeks in advance.
Group services (for two or more) require deposits with credit
card. |

and Spa Hours:
Salon: 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM Monday - Saturday
Spa: 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM Monday - Friday . 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Saturday.
Gift
Cards are available for any services, Spa and Salon. Gift
Cards expire one year from the purchase date. Lost cards
are neither replaceable or refundable.
